Purpose of This Forum
The purpose of this forum is to advertise your projects to the community of wiimote users/developers. Your wiimote related project may be of interest to both users and developers alike, and creating a consolidated list of all projects using wiiuse would be a nice thing to have.
What You May Post Here
Any project that uses or extends wiiuse is any way.
What Posting Here Does
In addition to being added to the list of projects on this forum, the wiiuse.net main page pulls 3 approved random projects (see below for how to be approved) and displays the link to the thread on each page load. This is a good way to get your project seen. We usually get over 1,000-2,000 hits a day, so it is likely this may increase traffic to your project.
How To Post
Please follow these guidelines when posting:
- The title must only contain the name of the project.
- The post should include a description of the project.
- The post should include a link to the projects website or a place to download it from.
- You may include screenshots but try to keep them small (link to big ones if necessary).
Approval for Wiiuse.net Main Page
Only sticky topics will be displayed on the wiiuse.net main page. After creating a new topic for your project, a mod will approve the thread by promoting it to sticky if it follows the above guidelines.
If your post does not follow the above guidelines it will not be approved.
What If Your Post Is Locked?
If your thread is locked then it will not be displayed on the wiiuse.net main page.
